At L!VINH, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Since many of our products include electronic components and personal-use items, we follow a transparent and fair return, replacement, and refund policy to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Return / Replacement Eligibility

Eligible Cases (Report Within 24 Hours of Delivery)

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning properly:

  • Share clear images/videos showing the issue
  • Provide an unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Keep the original packaging and invoice intact


b) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from your order:

  • Share product images along with the invoice/order number
  • Provide an unboxing video for verification


c) Missing Item

If any item is missing from your package:

  • Share images of the package and invoice
  • Submit an unboxing video as proof

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Original seal or packaging is missing/tampered with (unless the product is defective)
  • The wrong product was ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Claim raised without an unboxing video

 

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy (Electronics Only)

Selected electronic products sold by L!VINH are covered under a 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects only.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories and packaging must be included
  • The issue will be verified by our quality inspection team before approval

 

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Simple Process

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the required proof:
    • Images/videos
    • Invoice/order number
    • Unboxing video
  • Our support team will review your request within 48 hours
  • If approved, pickup will be arranged within 1–2 business days
  • The product will undergo a quality inspection before final confirmation


 In some cases, a return shipping fee may apply depending on the product category or ongoing offer terms.

 

4. Refund Process

Once approved and verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited via:
    • Original payment method (UPI / Card / Wallet), or
    • L!VINH Store Credit (where applicable)

5. Replacement Process

  • Replacement products are shipped after successful inspection and approval
  • Approved replacement orders are prioritized for dispatch


6. Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/missing/wrong-item claims
  • Please test the product before use or installation
  • Keep the original packaging and accessories safe until the return window closes
  • Claims raised after the reporting window may not be eligible for approval
